Is your customer impressed with you or think otherwise about you, as you know sales person are fond of looking for new customer while neglecting their old customer in other to increase their sales, forgetting that that it takes much more time, energy and money to get a new customer than existing one.
So our attitude matters, are we always nice to them, if they comes to our shop or offices are we quick to say hello with a genuine smile and ask how we might help them and thank them at the end of business transaction, or if u are on the go, do u make a lasting impression, do u keep in touch and do you make their things available to them on time
